Rhythm With Rae exists because creativity flourishes in environments where people feel safe to express their unmasked self. While great sound is essential, the most meaningful experiences happen when technical excellence and human connection work together.

Through live audio engineering, educational workshops, and studio recording sessions, RWR brings people together and leaves them feeling empowered. The goal has never been to simply provide a service. The goal is to build experiences that leave people feeling stronger, more capable, and more connected than when they arrived.

Inspired by the resilience of the Rocky Mountains, Rhythm With Rae believes that thriving communities are built when people lift one another up. RWR is committed to creating opportunities for emerging professionals while helping build a more welcoming industry for women, gender-diverse technicians, and allies.
